Hi there!
I wanted all of my equine artist watchers to read this simply because the awesome ~AtraSolaris and I have created a new club called ~HorseIllustrated. All the detailed information is on the club's page, but basically, it's a club dedicated to helping Equine Artists of deviantART understand the different aspects of horse art. It's for the equine artist who doesn't receive any/many comments or critiques, but still wants to know their strong and weak points of drawing horses. Hopefully, through this club, they can get the help they need to improve on their art. So please, please check it out. Seeing as the club is new, we'd love it to come into dA with a bang! I do believe this club can be successful if people support its cause.

Wow. I am terrible at updating my journal. The last one was, what, 3 months ago? Fail.

Well, anyhoo, I already did, currently are, and will be posting photos I took from my summer trip to Chicago, Illinois. (Sorry for the swamp of pics in your inbox!) They include:
Various aquatic animals from the Shedd Aquarium.
Landscapes, flowers, and various vegetation from the Botanic Gardens.
Views of the city skyline (during the day and at night).
Views of various buildings throughout Chicago.
Views from Sears (Willis) Tower.
Various flowers from the Crystal Garden in Navy Pier.
Some interesting artifacts from the Museum of Science and Industry.
Buckingham Fountain at night.

(Don't worry, it's not as bad as it looks. )

And after posting these, I'll probably post some pictures of the horse I currently take riding lessons on.

Then after that, it should be it for a while unless I end up going somewhere and taking more photos or actually drawing something (which I haven't done since last December.)
